Here is the recipe for my other favorite (very filling) smoothie. This one I created based on my favorite smoothie at Restore.

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 pack acai puree (found in frozen fruit section).

1 frozen banana

2 Tbsp peanut butter

2-4 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 Tbsp coconut oil

Enough Unsweeteend Nut Milk to cover the ingredients. If too thick just add more.


Blend and enjoy! This serves 2-3 people. Let me know what you think?
