Good morning! Jenn - I am wondering if you can share a couple protein powders that you like?
A couple times a week, I will use Whey protein isolate (from Optimum Nutrition) that has BCAAs & I take aminos (from Dot Fit). Reading the ingredients, I am wondering if there are other options that I should try these next 3 weeks. Currently, I go back and forth between vegetarian / pescatarian and I don't expect to eat a lot of animal products in weeks 2-3.
