I know this is the "norm" for many of you, but this is a HUGE change for me. My lunches would consist of (Jenn close your eyes) Lipton noodles from a packet to the point I'd want to nap immediately after eating. Since Sunday I've made so many positive changes that I hope continues going forward. I joined this group having little expectation for myself, but wanting to "learn" from Jenn about the "why" of what I'm eating. Thx for being patient w me, Jenn! Spinach salad w tomato, quinoa, garbanzo beans, kale and pumpkin seeds. Down 5 lbs, but still not sleeping well. Hoping that changes soon!
