Chocolate ice cream recipe - this wasn't too hard to make. The recipe says 2 cans of coconut cream, so it would be pretty easy to half for next time. (The brownie recipe from Jenn's manual is also really good if you haven't tried it yet... I think I made it 2-3 times so far).
