Welcome to my yoga journey! After transitioning from a CPA career to a yoga instructor in 2008, I have dedicated my life to sharing the joy and benefits of yoga. I teach both Hot Power Vinyasa and Hot Yoga Sculpt. Perhaps because of my past profession, I carefully curate each class to ensure the balance of power, stretch, and rest, to challenge practitioners with unique experiences, and to have all leave feeling accomplished and proud they showed up.
