Welcome!  I'm Jenn, a recovering CPA, turned yoga teacher, Nutrition Consultant, mom and food enthusiast. 

I have always had a passion for fitness, health and wellness and only took a slight detour in my twenties to practice public accounting. This background only supported my future as an entrepreneur. Ten years ago I left the profession and have been instructing powerful vinyasa yoga classes at Cleveland Yoga, located in Beachwood, OH. It was only a matter of time before I would obtain my Health Coaching Certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Nutrition Consulting education through Bauman College. It's never too late to pursue your passions! 

Currently I split my time operating the online nutrition business from our fun, dream/lake home in Wisconsin.  When I am in Ohio, you can find me at the yoga studio. I lead online group cleanse programs, reaching individuals from anywhere in the world. For those seeking a more personalized and customized experience, you can work with me one-on-one! My goal with all clients is the WHOLE approach, yes through food, but also your whole health picture. Our mission is to feel our best and we all deserve that. The path towards optimum health includes our whole lifestyle including nutrition, sleep, movement and stress. 

When it comes to eating and meal plans, my philosophy on food is simple, whole, nutrient dense foods whenever possible. I am not a believer in diets and only use the word "diet" to describe the types of food we eat. Based on that, I am also not a believer in one diet fits all. We are all bio-individually unique and that is how I approach everyone I work with.
