Refund & Cancellation Policy

​By purchasing a subscription to our Yoga Sculpt Video Library, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed at $20 per month and provide unlimited access to all available video content during your active billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew each month on your billing date unless canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the video library for the remainder of your current billing cycle. Your access will end on the final day of that billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer full or partial refunds for unused time, including if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle.

No Proration
We do not prorate subscription fees. Once a monthly payment has been processed, you will retain access through the end of your billing period, regardless of usage.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your subscription, please contact us (hello@jennharte.com) so we can assist in resolving the issue promptly.
