21-DAY PROGRAM

NEXT PROGRAM JANUARY 5 - 27, 2023

THE DETAILS

JENN HARTE, Yoga Teacher & Nutrition Consultant, has designed the EAT CLEAN 21-DAY PROGRAM to be more than a cleanse, but a lifestyle transformation.

WEEK 1, will focus on food education and suggested eliminations. Removing the burden of certain foods on the digestive system and liver will provide participants with a clean slate, like hitting the reset button. 

 

Suggested Foods ELIMINATED:

  • Refined sugars

  • Alcohol

  • Caffeine

  • Dairy

  • Animal meats & eggs

  • Gluten grains

  • GMO and non-organic foods

  • Industrial seed and vegetable oils

The group goal is the introduction of whole, CLEAN foods and a wealth of micronutrients (vitamins, minerals and antioxidants) our bodies crave and need to function optimally.

 

WEEKS 2 & 3 will keep most eliminations consistent, however, reintroduce clean proteins (customizable by the participants). This includes the options to add grass-fed meats, pastured poultry and eggs, as well as wild fish and shellfish. We will shift towards a heavier focus on macronutrients, what they are, what is essential, and bust myths on fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

AT THE CONCLUSION of the program, the body will be rested, toxic burden lightened, sugar cravings diminished and possible weight-loss. It is expected that participants gain a greater connection with the body, acquire the education needed to make healthy decisions in the future and ultimately change the course of their life to one of less dis-ease to one of more vibrancy. The end goal is to create an altered lifestyle for yourself, one that sustains your well-being, continues to heal and nourish your body and prolong your vitality and happiness!

CLEANSE INTRO & PREP MEETING

It is highly encouraged to attend this meeting live. I enjoy getting to meet and see everyone! We will address the structure and logistics of the program, clarify the eliminated foods, walk through the manual and recipes, review a sample grocery list, of course answer your questions and much more. Our hour together will fly by!

CLEANSE MEETING #1

Designed to kick-start DAY #1, to be a group check-in, to hear from you, answer your questions and offer tips and tricks of the cleanse. This first weekend you should find time to meal prep and plan for the week ahead!

CLEANSE MEETINGS #2, #3, #4

Each meeting with begin with 10-15 minutes of group check-in. This is your time to share successes and stumbles, questions and insights. We will also have group exercises centered on personal goals and self-inquiry. Our last meeting will be Thursday, 1/26, but keep in mind the final day of the program is Friday, 1/27!
