One-on-One Health Coaching

Service Description

Change takes time. With 3-months of one-on-one health coaching we will have time to understand your needs and wants together. We can customize the meals and types of food that work best for you and your lifestyle. You can make incremental lasting changes and I will be your source of accountability every step of the way.

Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS FOR GROUP PROGRAMS I want you to be happy with your Program so I offer a refund of the original cost minus a cancellation fee at any time prior to the 2nd Group Meeting. If for some reason you wish to withdraw from the Program, you may request a refund of payment made to date minus a $50 cancellation fee by sending an e-mail stating the reasons you are not satisfied to hello@jennharte.com. ONE-ON-ONE CANCELLATIONS OR RESCHEDULE POLICY I request 24-hour advance notification for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. You can contact me 24-hours prior to our scheduled meeting by sending an e-mail to hello@jennharte.com. I will be spending time preparing for our meetings and make this request very respectfully. REFUNDS FOR SESSION PACKAGES I want you to be happy with your Package of Services. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the Services after your 1st meeting and wish to stop the Services, you will forfeit the pro-rata cost of one session based on the package price as payment for your 1st completed 60-minute Service, but I will be happy to refund your balance paid to date that exceeds that amount. To receive a refund, you must notify me by e-mail at least 48 hours prior to your 2nd scheduled Service of the package by sending an e-mail to me at hello@jennharte.com. Because I have invested considerable time and effort in your Services, if you decide to withdraw any time AFTER the 2nd scheduled and completed Service, for any reason whatsoever, you will forfeit the pro-rata cost of each session completed based on the package price as payment, but I will be happy to refund your balance paid to date that exceeds that amount, LESS a $50 exit fee. REFUNDS FOR 1 NUTRITION SESSION I want you to be fully comfortable and happy with your one-time session with me and assured I always have your best interests at heart. With that in mind, there are no fees for cancellations done before, or during, the 24-hour window prior to our scheduled meeting. I just request you honor my time and provided the requested 24-hour notice.
